St. Patrick’s Day Coloring Pages, Activities, and Worksheets
Nine St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages emphasize leprechauns, pots of gold, and shamrocks. There’s a cute leprechaun preschoolers would like, an older more mature-looking leprechaun with a shamrock, and a bold line drawing of a rainbow, pot of gold, and shamrocks. This website has a lot of extras as well, including various other worksheets and activities.

St. Patrick’s Day Coloring Pages for the Younger Set
This varied collection of St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages in JPG format shows 16 coloring pages, but 6 look like exact duplicates to me. Here you will find a leprechaun hat, leprechauns walking or smoking a pipe (bad image for children if you ask me), more pipes, and three nice pictures with the colorable caption “Happy St. Patrick’s Day”. These simple line drawings are great for preschoolers and the early elementary grades.

Excellent Selection of St. Patrick’s Day Coloring Pages
This excellent selection of 20 St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages just about has it all. The only problem is that this website just has numbers to click on. Because there’s no way of knowing what coloring page lies behind the number, you have to click on all of them to see what they are. Therefore, I made a list to let you know which number has what kind of coloring page behind it.
There’s a leprechaun with the colorable caption “Kiss Me” (page 1), a shamrock posing as a leprechaun (page 12), and a leprechaun holding a bunch of balloons (page 11). Check out the funny look on the shamrock’s face on page 13. Pots of gold are on pages 3 and 14, while shamrocks are on pages 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 20. All the other St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages here are of leprechauns. That’s coloring pages of 15 wee green men! Even though these St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages are just simple line drawings, they have some character to them, especially in the case of the leprechauns.

Printable St. Patrick’s Day Coloring Pages and Online Coloring Book
This assortment of 7 St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages can either be printed or colored online. I like these St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages because they have actual backgrounds instead of being a line drawing hanging in space somewhere. Many of the St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages here have colorable captions with them such as “Happy St. Patrick’s Day”, “Leprechaun”, and “4 Leaf Clover”; so children can familiarize themselves with letters and spelling. Also, some of these St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages are actually activities too, such as a maze and the task of finding one four-leaf clover on a big plate of clovers.

Irish Symbols and Culture St. Patrick’s Day Coloring Pages
These 18 St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages go beyond any other coloring pages here because they have pages with Irish symbols as well. For that reason, this is one of my favorite websites for St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages. Combine some of these with traditional St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages of leprechauns and shamrocks, and you will have a great coloring book.
There’s an Irish flag, a potato, an Irish harp, four Celtic crosses, a type of jewelry called a claddagh, a map of Ireland, and an Irish symbol. Oddly, there are no leprechauns or pots of gold on these particular St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages. Also, there is one shamrock smoking. I wish we could get rid of these smoking shamrocks and leprechauns in coloring pages that make smoking look so cool to our children.
What these St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages have that you won’t see anywhere else: Lots! A shamrock windsock, a triquetra (click on the site to see it), Blarney castle, a shillelagh (walking stick), and an Irish worm. How does a worm become Irish? Go to the site to see!
St. Patrick Himself!
A list of St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages wouldn’t be complete without a coloring page of St. Paddy himself, now would it? Well, you can find it here. Also for your coloring pleasure are a girl and 2 boy leprechauns with musical instruments, the Irish flag, and pots of gold. One of these 10 St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages is of a girl dancing with a leprechaun while another leprechaun plays a fiddle. This particular coloring page is probably the most detailed coloring page on this list.
