Teriyaki chicken dinner– you’ll need boneless skinless chicken breasts, Yoshida’s teriyaki sauce, Uncle Ben’s boil-a-bag rice and a can or green beans.
Step one- thaw the chicken and place in a shallow glass dish- then pour the teriyaki sauce over the top and add a cup and half of water.
Step two- put chicken in oven at 400 for about an hour (check to make sure chicken is done by slicing into it a bit)
Step three- while chicken is still cooking make rice, about one bag for each two pieces of chicken.
Step four- open and heat up can of beans (or other veggie of choice)
Step five- take out chicken, dish up the rice and enjoy!!!
Tater-tot casserole- you’ll need 3 cans of tomato soups, 3 cans of green beans, ½ pound of ground beef, and a package of tater-tots
Step one- brown the meat
Step two- mix the beans with the tomato soup (don’t add water) and the meet.
Step three- put into a casserole dish
Step four- cover the top with an even layer of tater-tots
Step five- cook in oven on 350 for 30mins or so (until tots are done)
Step six- eat and enjoy!
You’ll need 6 packs of beef flavored Raman noodles, ½ lb of hamburger and 6 eggs
Step one- brown the meat
Step two- cook the noodles
Step three- drain the noodles and add the meat
Step four- scramble eggs in a bowl and fry in one big piece, cut into strips and add to noodles
Step four- use soy sauce and chop sticks and enjoy!
Ham and tatos
You’ll need half of a ham (or turkey ham) some brown sugar, a can of sliced pineapples and two boxes of Augratin potatoes
Step one- slice the ham (or have it sliced at the grocery store)
Step two- lay ham in a casserole dish over lapping, sprinkle brown sugar between each layer
Step three- put pineapple slices on top of ham and pour the pineapple juice into the dish as well
Step four- follow directions on box for potatoes and put them both in the oven at 350 or 400 (whatever the box says) for 30-45 mins
Step five- eat!!!
Apples and potatoes
What you’ll need, 5 large russet potatoes and 5 large yellow/red apples
Step one- peel apples and potatos
Step two- slice and dice both
Step three- put into a stove top pot with lid
Step four- cook on medium (add some butter and oil to prevent sticking)
Step five- place lid on pot and every 5 mins remove the lid and stir
Step six- repeat step five for a 40 mins to an hour
Step seven- serve with a veggie and enjoy (butter and salt is all the flavor you’ll need to add to your main dish)
