I am a big salad fan and I love many different kinds of salads, from ham salad to chicken salad. Recently, I spotted Mrs. Kinser’s Old Fashioned Potato Salad in the deli and lunch meat section of my local grocery store. I decided to try this product. It was on sale and it looked like a good item to try! Here is what I discovered!
Mrs. Kinser’s Old Fashioned Potato Salad was on sale, three containers for five dollars! That was a pretty good bargain. Each container has about three servings in it. I like making homemade potato salad but, I also like having an already made product like this on hand at times. During holidays and weekends when I do not feel like cooking, this product is very convenient. I liked the fact that this product has the words “old fashioned” in it’s name. That means the product is homemade like and tries to be a true old fashioned replica of the product that it is! That made me confident in trying this potato salad!
Mrs. Kinser’s Old Fashioned Potato Salad really is just that! It has celery, onions, sweet pickles and many spices to make sure that all of the down home old fashioned potato salad ingredients are present and accounted for! I admired that. When I tried this potato salad, I used it as a side dish with barbeque pork sandwiches. This old fashioned potato salad complimented my meal and it really was delicious! It got rave reviews and I loved the taste of it. Yes, it did taste old fashioned, in my opinion, especially when compared to many other brands of potato salad. I liked this product and was pleased enough with it to write this product review! I rate Mrs. Kinser’s Old Fashioned Potato Salad four stars out of five stars. It is tasty and very enjoyable! It goes well with hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches and many other dishes that I make.
