A Product Review of Weight Watchers Amaretto Cheesecake Nonfat Yogurt: 100 Calories

With all of the wide choices of yogurt flavors and brands, it is delightful to be able to try exciting flavors and experience many different brands of yogurt! Recently, I spotted Weight Watchers Amaretto Cheesecake Nonfat Yogurt in my local grocery store. I really was intrigued by this very creative flavor choice. I decided to purchase this product. Here is what I discovered!

Since I love cheesecake and I love amaretto flavor, Weight Watchers Amaretto Cheesecake Nonfat Yogurt really appealed to me. It sounded like a delicious flavor combo combined in a nonfat yogurt that promised prebiotics, probiotics and fiber! You can find weight watchers products in so many places now days and that is great! They are a bit more pricey than other brands but, not so much so. This product is also a gluten free yogurt! How did it taste, you ask? Very nice! It is creamy, rich and very flavorful. The cheesecake taste is superb and the amaretto flavor gave this yogurt great appeal! This yogurt is sweetened with sucralose It is sweet and delicious. This product has live and active cultures. I really enjoyed this yogurt. I rate it four and one half stars out of five stars. It was yummy!

Weight Watchers has a wide variety of nonfat yogurt flavors like white chocolate raspberry, cherry cheesecake, black cherry and strawberry banana, just to name a few! They are available in six ounce cups or four ounce multi packs. They also have a weight watchers point value of one! One point. Spectacular. Weight Watchers Amaretto Cheesecake Nonfat Yogurt has one hundred calories in one six ounce cup. Zero of these calories come from fat! This yogurt has one half gram of total fat, zero grams of saturated fat, zero grams of trans fat, five mgs of cholesterol, one hundred and ten mgs of sodium, two hundred and fifty mgs of potassium, seventeen grams of total carbs, three grams of dietary fiber, twelve grams of sugars and six grams of protein.

One six ounce serving of Weight Watchers Amaretto Cheesecake Nonfat Yogurt provided me with thirty percent of my daily required calcium and vitamin D and ten percent of my daily required vitamin A need. This yogurt contains milk fat and non fat milk, natural flavors, flavor base with crystalline fructose, sour cream, almond flavor, inulin fiber, food starch-modified, sucralose, citric acid, potassium sorbate as a preservative, annatto for color, whey protein concentrate, kosher gelatin, sodium citrate, tricalcium phosphate, cultures, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D-3, L. acidophilus and bulgaricus, bifidobacterium SP. and S. thermophilus.

I enjoyed trying this yogurt and writing a review about it. I discovered that it was tasty and good for me. I will be buying this product again and plan on trying many of the other terrific flavors. In my opinion, this is a tasty yogurt that has many great things in it! It was a pleasure to review this product.
