I love to make this salad for lunch. It is quick and easy to make and quite nutritious. Red grapes, blueberries, and strawberries are fruits with strong health benefits. A friend once told me that his nutritionist told him to add chickpeas to everything so now when I make a salad I do tend to throw in some chickpeas. It seems they have strong health benefits.
