Quitting cold turkey, in this day and age with all of the chemicals and cigarette ingredients that your body has gotten used to, just may throw your system into shock. Second, get exercise, little at a time. It is not healthy for a heart to over-exercise since you do not want to create a faster than needed heart rate.
