Many people have been waiting and hoping for the day when Barack Obama would become the new president. He has worked from the bottom all the way to the top striving and earning his position. He has fought the odds and the scrutiny to become the best he could be.
Being the first African American president he has a lot of pressure on himself to do well. He must show that he is capable of doing what he has told the American people he would do. From watching Barack Obama you can sense that he has the ability to stick to it and show what he is made of. He is very confident and acts as if he will get his way no matter what. He seems as if he has the ability to get things done and create a “Change”. With his attitude and where he is positioned in the United States he can make many big changes.
Barack Obama must show us he can do what he said. As I said before Obama has the confidence to make us believe what he says. We can only hope he can fulfill his promises. He seems as if he is capable of doing what he says but is he really? As the next four years pass we will learn if Obama has the ability to do what he says he can do. We can only hope he is the right man for the job and we should hope he leads our county well. Being the beginning of his presidency Barack has shown leadership and wisdom which is commendable. Let’s hope that he continues to show this wisdom as he continues his presidency and faces tougher challenges.
Another question you should ask yourself when thinking about Barack Obama is did he surround himself with the right people. He took a variation of different people from different backgrounds and ideas and to form his cabinet. Was this a good idea is will it turn out to be a catastrophe. This might work out well because if there are many ideas thrown around the best can be chosen and it is always good to have multiple options or ideas. You want to have different people with different ideas so that you can see various sides to an argument, idea, plan, etc. This also could be very bad for certain reasons. Having different types of people might cause a lot of argument and stress. You might have more debating then actual work getting done. The different ideas might not mesh well and could cause a horrible outcome. Let us hope this is not the case. This is just the beginning so anything is possible.
Barack Obama is a wise man though and is capable of knowing who to choose for what positions. He might make some minor mistakes which are okay but let us hope that he does not make any major ones. Barack Obama although having a lot of pressure has the ability to manage and come out of this strong and with a good presidency. Let’s anticipate that the country will begin to strive as he journeys through his presidency.
