I know that after eating my way through Thanksgiving and Christmas, I need to get to the gym and work off some of these extra pounds. The centers below are some of the best gyms and fitness centers in Upstate South Carolina and each have different aspects that make them great. I think you will find one that meets your specific requirements for a gym membership.
Peak Fitness has four locations in the upstate of South Carolina (one in Spartanburg, one in Taylors and two in Greenville) for your convenience. For those who do not want or need group classes, you may want to join Anytime Fitness. There are four locations to serve Upstate South Carolina and all are open 24 hours each day of the week. Anytime Fitness is staffed during the day but has 24-hour secure access for members who want to come before or after the staffed hours. Excellent equipment, private showers, tanning, personal training and a free fitness consultation with a personal trainer are some of the great benefits of this 24-hour fitness center. For those individuals who want the flexibility of working on great equipment whenever their schedules allow, this gym is the perfect alternative to other fitness centers.
