The absolute best site for MySpace backgrounds, 2.0 layouts, graphics, tweaks, add-ons – you name it – is pYzam. It’s my #1 choice for customizing my own profile page. I’ve tried a lot of the other sites offering freebies for MySpace, with less than happy results. I always come back to pYzam because of the wide choice of the new 2.0 layouts, backgrounds, and add-on applications. Every chunk of html or CSS code I get from this site works the first time, every time. And, it’s all FREE!
“Is it really free?” Absolutely. pYzam makes the big bucks from the advertisers on their site. That means you and I get free access to the best the Net has to offer in well-written and tested html and CSS code for customizing our MySpace 2.0 profile pages.
pYzam’s selection is outstanding, too. They have:
· good, clean layouts for the button-down crowd
· celebrity layouts and graphics for the star-struck
· team and player layouts for sports fans
· layouts to celebrate your favorite holiday
· music and band layouts
· landscapes, flowers, animals, and cartoons…
And, this is only a small sampling of what pYzam has to offer for customizing your Myspace 2.0 profile page. Are you looking for glitter text, funny pictures, widgets, or flash toys? They have those too. Best of all, they are all free and they are all easy to upload.
Tips for Downloading pYzam Layouts
As with all sites with free offers, turn on your pop-up blocker before going to their site. Look in the left-hand sidebar for the tab labeled “MySpace 2.0 Layouts.” Clicking the tab provides a drop-down menu of layout categories from which to choose. Scan through the pages until you find a design that you like. Click on the picture and you’ll be taken to a screen with a larger view of the layout. You have two options for downloading the code – both very easy.
The first option is to allow pYzam to automatically change your layout for you. Simply supply your MySpace email address and MySpace password in the boxes provided and hit the post button. How simple is that?
If you’d rather not give anyone your MySpace password, select the second option, “Get the Code.” Highlight and copy all of the embed code in the box by clicking the “copy” button provided. Click the link to the right of the layout for “Install Instructions.” Follow the simple 4-step Manual Install Instructions provided. Easy pie.
Everything is just that easy. Widgets? You bet. Glitter text? Absolutely. Flash toys? No sweat. All the html and CSS code I’ve used from pYzam is as close to plug-and-play as you can get.
For the best, dead easy, FREE MySpace backgrounds, 2.0 layouts, graphics, and toys, pYzam is my #1 choice for customizing my MySpace profile page. I’m sure you’ll be happy with them too.
And, for the record, pYzam didn’t pay me a red cent for this article. It’s merely unpaid, unsolicited advice from one MySpace friend to another.
