Folks, you found this site because you want to lose weight, diet, and successfully lose serious pounds – right? Well – you’re about to learn the secrets to lose weight fast and still stay full! It really is so simple that most folks can’t believe it.
Ask yourself – How many Oriental folks have you seen that are fat? Outside of the continental U.S.A. most Asian Orientals are slim and trim. The only Orientals I’ve ever seen that are fat are those Westernized Americans eating our typically high fat diets. Okay – so what’s the difference? Simple…Fat grams! Rice, fish, and other low fat foods are the secret.
The secret to losing weight is to minimize fat grams while staying full in your tummy. It really is easy if you know how. I’ve lost 50 pounds in as little as four months with a diet of low fat grams. Do you want an explanation of how?
The secret is staying full! And Low Fat Grams!
Fat grams are what make people fat. 50 baked potatoes are better than 1 candy bar! Calories don’t make you fat – – fat grams make you fat! Of course – a baked potato with a little bit of salt is okay, but you can’t load it up with cheese and bacon bits! Don’t try to debate that salt adds to water retention and weight. Water will ultimately dissipate but fat will stick to you like glue.
Let’s get serious about the fat gram thing, and you’ll be losing lots of weight in a short period of time. Stick with me here – and you’ll be rewarded with a “full tummy” and plenty of lost weight!
Do you want to stay full? Do you want to diet without hunger? Do you want to lose weight? Okay, let’s get started with a simple program where you don’t get hungry and fall off of the wagon. And – best of all – this diet is inexpensive!
Here is my diet that helped me lose 50 pounds in 4 months…
Eat 1 piece of wheat toast “slowly” (2 if you’re starving!), coffee with powdered creamer, and water if needed. Wait 15 minutes, and your hunger pangs will diminish.
By now you’re about to stop and eat anything! Starving! Now you need to gather yourself to get to the next level. I know you want a Double Bacon Cheeseburger or taste those tempting french fries. Instead find a local supermarket or wherever to get soup. Yes – a large bowl of soup (Chicken Noodle – low fat, or Tomato Basil) that’s low fat grams and add crunched up saltine crackers that will satisfy your urges. Saltine crackers are low in fat and calories but very filling. And – include plenty of water too! The nicety about this is water is free and soup is usually reasonably priced. A typical garden salad will be okay too. And it’s okay to use a sparse amount of regular dressing – just for flavor. But be easy with the dressing! Are you still hungry? Good grief! I was too – so now to Plan B…
Go grab some more saltine crackers or splurge with another bowl of soup. So long as it’s low fat grams – you’ll be way ahead of eating a Bacon laced hamburger.
Dinner: The Daily Challenge!
While you are driving home you are probably tempted to hit the multitude of fast food joints, aren’t you? Your mouth salivates as you pass those high fat gram and satisfying, high calorie, cardio clogging joints – right? This is when you have to stay strong! This is where you have to meet the challenge of a diet and losing weight if you are truly serious.
If you have followed the diet suggestions thus far – you are nearly complete for the day! Dinner will be the very best meal of the day if you can make it home without stopping at those fast food joints!
Here’s what I would have for a low fat gram diet dinner once I got home. And I’ll share with you some secret low fat gram diet snacks to get you through the evening.
After arriving home – Prepare a large amount of 5 minute rice. Yes my friend – a full plate of rice will fill your tummy to the max. Remember – how many fat oriental Asians did you ever see? Rice has no fat grams. Enjoy! Eat a large plate of rice and for flavor add gravy. No – not the fat type of gravy. Prepare some “packaged” gravy that you only add water to that also has no fat grams for flavoring the rice. Plain rice is boring. Now – the ultimate finale! Add to your rice and gravy some precooked chicken. You can find this in the frozen food section of your grocery store. When you get home you can put it in the oven – heat it up – and it is probably best to discard the skin to minimize the fat grams while you eat it with your full plate of rice. You should be full after this large diet meal that contained low fat grams!
Alright – it’s getting late and you’re still hungry. This is the final secret of this diet. I used to get those cravings too as the clock ticked on. Whenever I started craving food and needed a “fix” – I would heat up some kind of low calorie vegetable. A can of peas or a can of corn heated up would put me “in-the-zone” of full.
A lot of people will tell you that carbohydrates such as rice, peas, beans, corn, etc. are fattening. They are starches. Not so! The premise of this diet is Low Fat Grams. If your diet minimizes fat grams the fat will melt away.
Get serious – monitor your fat grams – eat less – and if you really are intent on losing weight fast you will make a noble attempt to exercise
