Wrap the twenty-five miniature string of blue lights inside a cookie sheet with an edge with the plan to use the cookie sheet as your serving tray. Be sure to leave the plug in end of the cord at the back and use an extension cord to attach and detach the lights. Cut the edges off a paper plate to cover the chip dip portion of the serving tray. Disguise the paper plate with snow and put Santa and Mrs. Santa on top. Fill the chip portion of the serving tray with water. Place bay leaf laurel in the chip portion of the serving tray in a circle, filling in from the previous branch.
