Bettie Page is known for being The Queen of Curves. Her curvy body took America by storm in more ways than one turned her into America’s first sexy icon. Her main competition was America’s Blonde Hair sweetheart Marilyn Monroe who was known for her sexy pinups, and her remake of the infamous “Diamonds Are A Girls’ Best Friend”, but regardless of Marilyn the dark haired, blue-gray eyed Playboy centerfold had all the men crawling at her feet.
Bettie Page had some rocky marriages. Her first marriage was to a guy she went to high school with named Billy Neil. In 1958 Bettie Page married her second husband Armond Walterson. The marriage according to Bettie was boring, they really didn’t share the same interest, and at that time of this marriage she was more interested with Religion than being with Armond so she decided to follow her interest and join a Bible Institute.
In 1967 she fell in love and married her third husband Harry Lear. This marriage had it all the love, compassion, and devotion that all marriages should have, but unfortunately Harry Lear’s former wife wouldn’t butt out of this couples marriage and another marriage went down the tubes 5 years later.
