This tutorial will show you how to change your color scheme in Kingsoft Office 2009. The color scheme will change the background color of your documents and your text color. Even after changing your color scheme, you can still change your text options when creating a document. This will simply be your default text. The background color will stay the same until you go back in and change your color scheme. So, let’s get started with changing your color scheme in Kingsoft Office 2009.
You will need to start off by opening your Kingsoft Writer program from your start menu. Then you will need to create a new blank document to work on. When you click the New button, your options will appear on the right side of your screen. Click the New Blank Document link to create a new document. Now your new document should be open.
Next, you will need to go to the top of your Kingsoft Writer window and click the View link. When the menu drops down, you will need to click the Background link. That will open your schemes panel. In this panel, you will see three different sections. The first section is the Schemes section. The second section is the Custom section, and the third section is the Default section. Let’s take a look at each section.
The Schemes section allows you to select a premade theme. You have six themes to choose from. If you want to use one of these themes, tick the circle below the theme you want to use. Then click the OK button at the bottom of the box. If you want to use one of the other sections, do not click the OK button.
In the Custom section, you can create your own theme. To use this section, tick the Custom field and the two boxes will light up. The two boxes will change your background color and your text color. Drop the boxes down and make your selections. Click OK to apply the theme.
The Default section is the default settings of Kingsoft Writer. The background will be changed back to white and the text will be changed back to black. To select this option, tick the field next to Default. Then click the OK button.
Those are your three options for changing your Kingsoft Writer theme. You can go back and change this theme at any time by click View > Background and making your changes. Sometimes you just get tired of looking at the white background and black text if you type a lot. Changing the theme is a great way to change things up a bit.
