I use to live in a town named Loganville Georgia. I watched a new restaurant start from the first opening day to now where it’s expanded so much, they had to extent their building to add on an inside sitting area.
The owners are the most sweetest people you’ll ever meet. I remember striking up conversation’s with the owners about their barbecue and how it came to exist. They explained to me that they have entered many barbecue contests and came away winners. Just stop by and take a look on the walls to see their proof.
I absolutely have tried almost everything they have on their menu. From their Barbecue Ribs, to Pork Sandwiches, to their Barbecue plates. You can get a couple of side orders to go with your plates but I have to recommend their Brunswick stew.
They also serve breakfast and the best dog gone biscuits ever. Their establishment may be small, but the proof is certainly in the pudding. When I once ask why they didn’t move their location somewhere else a little bigger they stated they liked the small cozy down home feeling. I have to agree with them.
If you like chicken then try their smoked chicken or their chicken sandwiches.I also have had their onion rings and they were out of this world. They also have salads and other cold plates.
I love how you can stand right at the counter and watch them slice your potatoes and make your french fries right there home made on the spot. I also loved their hamburgers. They also have many variation’s of sauces for their barbecue. I love the sweet honey mustard one or ask them for a sample.
They also serve the best dog gone wings this side of the Mississippi. I have also tried their chicken tenders with them yummy home made fries, there absolutely mouth watering.
My favorite thing about their whole restaurant is their homemade desserts. Yes you heard me right, homemade. The owner makes them every evening at home then brings them to the restaurant. I have to admit, from all their selections of pies and cakes and cookies my favorite is their coconut cake. I loved this cake so much that I ordered a whole one.
Their small but they pull the punch. Word of mouth has helped them grow into the restaurant they are today. That along with the most friendliest owners you’ll ever meet. And last but not least their food. This is what put them on the map in Loganville Georgia.
You may reach them for catering at 2050 Hwy 81 Loganville Georgia 30052 or reach them by calling at (770)466-0509 They have take out as well. Enjoy.
