Jordan Essentials is a new to me company, and I am just starting to appreciate what they have to offer. Their mission is to help families keep their faith and family first while making a good part time or lucrative full time income with the best spa products available in the world.
About Their Products
Jordan Essentials products use all natural ingredients like sea salts, olive butter, shea butter, vitamin E, aloe, soy, oatmeal and more. Better yet, they do not contain any isopropyl alcohol, mineral oil or DEA.
Jordan Essentials Lotion Bar
One of their products really intrigued me, and I had to give it a try, so the distributor in my area gave me a sample size of the Jordan Essentials Lotion Bar, in the Grapefruit and Lime scent. This is actually one of Jordan Essentials signature products.
My sample came in a small plastic tub, but the full sized version is 1.5 ounces and is packaged in a round tin. The soap like lotion comes out, and you simply rub it into your hands, or other parts of your body with dry skin.
At first it seems a little greasy, but as I rubbed it into my skin, my hands felt very nourished and moisturized. The grapefruit & lime scent has a very pretty light peach color, and the blend of these two fragrances is very appealing. I can detect the lime over the grapefruit, and it definitely has a very citrus scent. It’s lovely.
I can honestly say that I prefer a lotion or hand cream when moisturizing my hands, but there are some really nice positives to purchasing your lotion in this bar form. First, you can put this into a backback, purse, or suitcase, and you won’t ever have to worry about it spilling out of the bottle and making a mess! In the past, when I travel, I always put my lotions in ziplock style bags, just in case, but with Jordan Essentials Lotion Bar I don’t have to take that extra precaution.
Speaking of travel, this product passes airport security! These days you can’t take more than 2 ounces of liquids on an airplane, and they have to be in those quart sized bags, available for airport personnel to inspect. With the Jordan Essentials Lotion Bar, you shouldn’t have any worries, because it’s not a liquid!
All in all, I find a place for this product in my purse, and really like the scent and the moisturizing effects it has on my dry hands. It makes them soft and supple, and feels like it leaves a protective barrier than doesn’t wash off when I wash my hands. It’s definitely a product worth consideration! The 1.5 ounce tub retails for $7.50, and lasts a very long time!
