McCormick makes many products that are on our shelves today. Whether it’s pepper or seasonings their sure to please each customer who purchases their items. One of these products that I have tried and was very pleased is their Salad Toppins.
Their Salad Toppins are a very crunchy delight that I’ve tried on top of my salads. I’m sure you like many of the rest of us have eaten many salads in our lifetime. Either at home or in a restaurant or someone elses home. In the past I’ve always stopped at the salad condiment aisle in the grocery store .
I’m always looking for something different to try on my salads. You may be as I am, we get tired of trying the same things over and over. I recently was looking over the salad shelf and was looking at their choices of crutons and other mixes.
I found my eyes scanning over the McCormick Item. Their Salad Toppins caught my eyes. I quickly turned around their bottle and began reading the ingredients. I liked the plastic sealed bottle, with the bright red top. this quickly stood out to me on the shelf and grabbed my attention.
I thought I would purchase the product and take it home and give it a try. I read the back of the bottle and found enclosed are sunflower seeds, carrots, green bell peppers, rice, onions, soybeans, and many other yummy spices and ingredients.
I sprinkled this product on my salad for the first time and was extremely surprised. You’ll never guess that a bottle that’s only 3.75 ounces could pull so much punch! The serving size for this bottle of glorious explosion is 1 1/2 tbsp. Calories were only 35 and I loved this fact. Their are many Americans who are trying to watch their weight so it’s good to have a product that we can use that does’nt add weight to our waist line.
McCormick’s Salad Toppins are very crunchy. There also very colorful with many colors of orange, and browns, and yellows, and greens. The taste is even better than just plain crutons on your salad or bacon bits.
So next time your in the grocery store and are strolling over the salad ingredients and cruton aisle, pick up a bottle or two of McCormick’s Salad Toppins. Give your salad a little burst of flavor.
