This last year I have took it on my own to lose weight. So here are some ways I have used that will help you lose some pounds.
1. Exercise
Make a daily plan for your self and stick to it. You can even get a membership at a local gym or just go for a walk. It’s actually as easy as going out with friends or just going places and going shopping. Get away from the computer and become more active! Always start off slowly this is where I messed up the biggest thing I had to learn about loosing weight is that I didn’t put it on over night and I am not going to loose it over night. Slow steps and lead to huge jumps.
2. Eat Right
Give up going out to eat and cook you a home cooked meal. Snack healthy and snack often is what I was told when loosing weight it helps put you metabolism in fast motion. Try to count your calories and get on a health plan. You can easily get these on the Internet, But if you have health problems you should see a doctor before starting any diet. I also recommend giving up soda pops. Yeah thats right I said it give them up. Drink diet soda if you have to. A person don’t realize how much they gain when they drink nothing but soda pops.
3. Mental Health
I true fully believe you need to prepare your self for any kind of weight loss it takes a lot of strength and courage to overcome bad habits you have trained yourself into doing everyday of your life. Relax and lower your blood pressure listen to music, pray, meditate what ever helps you relax, Just enjoy life and you should do good. Avoid Stress at any means.
4. Energy Drinks
I highly recommend never to drink these things. I hear people argue all the time and say they are good for you and I will tell you on my own behalf they are horrible for the body and create fake highs and real lows. I promise you they are not good for you. In Oct. 2006, I almost lost my life due to a Chemical in-balance due to drinking these things. It is not good to substitute these for food. Just stay away from them. It makes me sick to see a young kid just drinking these down and the parents think they are just fine.
5. Relationships
Do not try to loose weight because of your wife or husbands actions. You have to take the stand for loosing your weight your self no one can make you do any thing in life and that’s a proving fact you have to want some thing bad enough to fight for it. Just take in consideration all the benefits for loosing weight in helping your relationship with your other.
6. Friends & Family
With there moral support loosing weight is much easier. Try not to surround yourself with family and friends that are always going out to eat, or teasing you of your weight issues its not always fun when the shoes are on the other feet. Talk to your family and friends and ask them for support explain to them your goals and what you are trying to achieve in your diet. I am sure they will be behind you 100%
7. Snacks & Water
This goes back to eating healthy. You need to have plenty of water to give your self energy to keep going through out the day. Water also helps to calm the hunger pains. I personally like eating Half Lemons with Salt Substitute, or eating any kind of salad with fat free dressings or any kinds of fruits. They are all good snacks.
8. Stay Positive
If you stay positive hopefully you can keep people around you positive do not get negative when you don’t reach your goals over night things take time. Anyways I hope this article has helped you out on your quest to lose weight. Take Care and God Bless
