Oprah’s Free Christmas Music CD

In the spirit of today’s economy, Oprah’s Favorite Things show included a free gift to viewers, the chance to download 8 songs to make a Christmas music CD for their personal use or give as gifts. Oprah’s Holiday Hits free music CD even includes a CD cover & label but is only available for 48 hours. Since the show airs at 4 pm, the music downloads will probably only be available from Wednesday, November 26th-Friday, November 28th, 2008 until 4 pm.

Since Oprah’s Holiday Gift show has recently been rebroadcast, Oprah has generously extended her CD download offer. When I checked Saturday morning 12/20/08 it was still allowing downloads. !!!12/23/08. OPRAH’S FREE CHRISTMAS MUSIC CD OFFER HAS EXPIRED AGAIN. Just checked this morning and the download offer is no longer offered by Oprah. Happy Holidays just the same.

However, here’s a free download being offered by Tony Bennett until Monday, December 8, 2008 “iTunes has selected “Winter Wonderland” from Tony Bennett’s new album A Swingin’ Christmas as the first Holiday Single Of The Week!
