They are open Thanksgiving day from 6 am to 10 pm. Enjoy oven roasted turkey, baked sugar-cured ham, sweet potato casserole, crandberry-orange relish, steamed vegetables, biscuits/corn muffins, pumpkin pie and more. Cracker Barrel is a great highly recommended family restaurant. You might even check out their attached country store for a knick knack or two, or maybe do some Christmas shopping there.

Another excellent choice is Luby’s cafeteria. It is open from 10:45 to 7:00. You can of course choose turkey, or be a little different and get fried fish. You can check out their full menu online. If you want a full traditional thanksgiving dinner, it’s there, or you can just get different items such as chicken cordon bleu, fried, shrimp and lasagna. It is served cafeteria style.

If you go to their website, you can view the complete menu based on your location.
