Stocking Stuffer Ideas for SpongeBob SquarePants Fans!

by yup tab

You don’t have to be a kid to enjoy watching SpongeBob SquarePants but it does help to have a slightly oversized funny bone. If you are in need of some SpongeBob themed stocking stuffers for Christmas, here’ a list of some of the things that I’ve bought in the past or have used as stocking fodder!

SpongeBob SquarePants Golf Balls by Wilson; a set of six golf balls that have SpongeBob’s face on them. Your golfer might not want to hit the links without these but if they are playing with the corporate crowd they might want to skip them unless they have a sense of humor. These also make great collectors items for non-golfers providing that they have some way to display them.

If you are looking for small toys to stuff in a stocking you can’t go wrong with the SpongeBob SquarePants Etch A Sketch Pen. You can also get this in a full size and half sized version although both of those are a little on the large side to try and squeeze into a stocking. The average selling price for the SpongeBob SquarePants Etch A Sketch Pen is about six dollars but you can find it for less if you are willing to shop around.

Have someone in your life that’s into both Lego and SpongeBob SquarePants? They you will definitely want to check out the reasonably priced Connect & Build pen from Lego. With beads that you can mix and match with other Connect & Build pens, this SpongeBob SquarePants collectible features a replaceable ink stick and cones in a small plastic case.

Play-Doh has produced a series of stampers that can be used with their unique dough to make shapes, Crabby Patties and jelly fish. Each figure and stamper is sold separately so you may have to visit a few stores to collect them all but they are small enough that they will fit into medium sized Christmas stockings. These aren’t designed for younger kids so make sure that the recipient knows that it isn’t a food item. The SpongeBob SquarePants Stampers by Hasbro retail for about $1.49 a piece.

For kids who are into art you can get them the SpongeBob Markers, SpongeBob Crayons and a variety of sticker sets that you can color in. While there are art kits that you can get, in most cases it is cheaper to get the individual art items than to invest twenty or thirty dollars into something that is slapped together and over priced. For an extra kick in the SquarePants, get the super cool SpongeBob Scented Markers!

Sold in a two piece set, the SpongeBob SquarePants Grip ‘N Sip Juice Box Carrier is a great way to keep juice boxes from getting squished or smashed when little ones are carrying them around. The set sells for about four dollars and comes in six different assorted colors. The SpongeBob part of the sipper is traditional yellow but the accent on the sides and top have a variety of colors. Recommended for kids ages two and older, this is a great stocking stuffer item.

While it won’t fit in a stocking unless it’s one of those super sized ones, the SpongeBob SquarePants Dinnerware Set has a plate, bowl, eight ounce cup and companion flatware set. This is a great addition to the SpongeBob kitchen set or placemat series and can be used by kids of all ages. It is dishwasher safe, chip and crack resistant and has a great SpongeBob design.
