The Bachelor13: Paging Dr Mesnick
I still like Jason Mesnick because he seems like a very sweet and caring guy. Also, he is a good dancer. But, I have a couple things to request for future Bachelor and Bachelorette shows. First, please no more singing stunts on these shows and please limit the number of bachelor and bachelorette rejects that get their own show. Jason is a special man who deserves his happy ending but recycling people for these shows is getting a bit old. Now let’s discuss last night’s show shall we.
Molly’s one on one date with Jason showed us that she can kiss, sing about fast food, and eat a smore or two. Oh yeah, she can also stir up some controversy. Way to go Molly. Like I said, I like Jason very much; however, I am not sure he should have let molly go home in his clothes or stay the entire night with him for that matter. This date confirms that The Bachelor will always be filled with drama.
I used to like General Hospital when I was younger due to both Rick Springfield and John Stamos. Therefore, I was excited to see the group date at the set of General Hospital. I must confess that I loved watching Jason play doctor because he looks sexy in scrubs. Now for some quick observations; first Lauren is a control freak that seemed like she was going to kill Jason if she wasn’t given rose. Run Jason Run. Second, Jason needs to become a doctor in order to deal with the crying jags and jealousy that took place on the date. Third, Shannon please don’t pick and blow your nose and then try to kiss Jason. Good job Jason dodging Shannon advances. I understand that Melissa and Jason have a connection; but Melissa please stop crying and please stop with the jealousy. You know what happens on The Bachelor every season. In addition, you say that you always are left brokenhearted. Well, you aren’t in the minority here so please show some maturity. Moreover, if you and Jason are going to make out like rabbits get a room. Also, I was a bit put off by you telling Jason that there would be a discussion at some point about the apparent hole in his earlobe. He might have pierced his ear at some point in his life. There is no discussion needed on this topic.
The two on one date I will call elegant and awkward. Stephanie and Nikki went on a date that included waltzing lessons, dinner, and of course a bit of drama. Nikki complained that she was out of her element and Stephanie and Jason glided gracefully across the dance floor. It truly seemed that Jason and Stephanie were born to dance together. Stephanie is an elegant and classy lady and I think that Jason is starting to feel chemistry between the two of them. Stephanie’s elegance and dancing skills earned her the rose and Nikki’s uptight manner earned her a limo ride home.
The cocktail party ended with Jason not giving out the final rose because he only felt connections with Molly, Naomi, Stephanie, Jillian, and Melissa. See neither stalking nor threats pay off in one’s search for true love. I can’t wait until next week. Source: Bachelor 1/26
