Before leaving any job double check with the client to make sure that everything was completed. You can have them sign again saying that the job was completed to their satisfaction. If they don’t want to sign again don’t worry about it. Just save the paper that you already have outlining the job. Another tip is to try and take some initiative. If you see that something should be cleaned but it is not on your list, why not ask the client if they forgot to mention this particular area of the home or item. They will appreciate you making sure that a thorough job is done. Of course remember to get the job done as efficiently and quickly as you can.
