The plant is 6 to 8 inches high. A ribbon is wrapped around the cellophane. You can choose the color of the ribbon. The pot is 1½ inches in diameter. It’s a white honeycomb textured candle which comes in a wooden framed box, wrapped in clear plastic. The dimension of the candle is 1¾” x 2″. Each favor comes with a designer label made of pure beeswax. The cost of this favor is $1.65 each, with a minimum quantity of 36.

Tiny seashells from Florida are held in a white organza sachet bag. Each bag is tied with two satin ribbons (white and blue). The sachets are infused with a light freesia scent.

Every rock is hand painted by a “talented artist’ (as stated in the website), who will work with you on a specific design. Each favor must be identical in the painted design. If you are fond of a certain city, you can have a landmark from that city painted on your favor. The cost is $6 per rock, with a minimum of 20 identically painted rocks.

As you can see, there is no shortage of earth-friendly wedding favors. This is just a small sampling. If you have artistic talent, you can paint your own river rocks. Or if you live near a beach, you can collect your own seashells and make your own sachet favors. Another idea is to make a donation to an environmental charity in each guest’s name and then give each guest a card explaining your gift and telling them a little bit about the charity.
