Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market (Allentown)
Although this may be a farmers market, it offers many shops serving vegetarian eats and there are places to sit within the market as well as benches outside for the warmer months. You can find many different ethnic cuisines here, throughout the year, on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Asia Oriental Cuisine (Allentown)
Asia offers many vegetarian or easily made vegetarian options, like pad thai, an array of sauces for many favorite Chinese dishes, vegetarian appetizers, and a few great desserts as well. They have both dine-in and carry-out.
Balasia – A Green World Cafe (Emmaus)
Balasia offers an entirely vegan selection with the menu changing all the time and including organic and locally produced goods. Their lunch and dinner hours are on select days, so check their website before you go. They also have an excellent Sunday brunch every week, along with some special evening events at times.
Damascus offers a great selection of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Their menu includes a variety of vegetarian appetizers, including hummus, babaganouj, lunch, and dinner dishes. They also offer some great home-made desserts, including a few varieties of baklava.
Fiesta Ole (Emmaus)
Fiesta Ole offers several vegetarian options for lunch and dinner. Guests are also given complimentary chips and salsa as an appetizer. They have several vegetarian combos including burritos and enchiladas, as well as vegetarian fajitas and quesadillas.
Kow Thai Take-Out (Allentown)
Kow Thai offers an abundance of vegetarian options, like traditional pad thai, spring rolls, soups, curries, and plenty more. They offer take-out and delivery, but if you need a place to sit for a minute, the friendly cooks will gladly set up a small table in the waiting area for you.

The menu shows numerous styles of traditional naan bread, some vegetarian appetizers, and over 20 vegetarian entrees! Along with dinner, they also offer a lunch buffet on both weekdays and weekends.
