In the yoga activity there are up to 15 different poses for the player. The Wii Fit can actually measure your center of gravity with the balance board. This will let the system know how well the user is holding the pose. In yoga you will learn how to improve balance and flexibility over time. There are many different yoga poses and activities such as deep breathing, dance, half-moon, cobra, shoulder stand, spinal twist, tree, warrior, sun salutation, standing knee, palm tree, triangle, chair, and downward-facing dog.

Start off by doing the muscle exercising such as single leg extension, sideways leg lift, single-arm stand, and many others.
